Prepare for Pickup
Ensure the safe is secured in its original heavy-duty packaging and bolted to the shipping pallet to prevent any structural damage during transit.
Freight Collection
Our specialized logistics partner will schedule a curbside pickup; please ensure clear access for the freight truck at the designated appointment time.
Inspection and Refund
Once our warehouse verifies the safe is in original condition, we will issue a refund to your original payment method, minus applicable shipping and restocking fees.
